Default Cold morning pays off.

Took the Green Bobber fora cruise this morning at DPCA.
The air was18 degrees when I left the house, and the water was only 45.

The fish noticed too. I didn't see a single one that was in less than 4 feet of water. Saw 4 total, scored on 2 commons (8# and 7#)and1 shad on the fly(I was bored). The carp were hanging in holes near submerged structure and sitting tight. This wonderfullybright sunshine was their downfall. Just enough to make them out.

My slide froze to my arrow a few times, and I found out the retriever gets kinda tough to crank once the line gets crunchy with ice.

Also, the GB has been upgraded with a lighter platform. Now I can actually put the troller on high without getting water over the bow.
