I agree with the rule change. If you only hunt until sunset you could be out of your stand, packed up, and back at the car without ever needing a flashlight on most days. It cut out the prime times for deer movement. Even with it being 1/2 hour after sunset there will be days when there is still plenty of "shooting light" after hunting hours expire. Good move IMO.
