I haven't been around much lately...obviously! Good to see that some of you have already connected! I went for the second time this morning, but only saw the girls. I will be out again in the morning. It has been slow for me in Tennessee so far, but I will press on.

Walked up on one bird at 30 yards yesterday. Was walking a firebreak and he stepped out, of course my gun was slung and had no chance. 2nd bird gobbled just once and it was a pitiful little gobble, I think it was a jake and he went right behind me clucking. Will try again in the morning.

Got one down in Kansas with Zmax. I'll get it scored when I get home later in the weekend. 19 lbs and 7" beard

Number 2. 11:30 this morning. 21 lbs I'll get the beard and spurs measured when I get home. Again a big thank you to Zmax.

Awesome and congrats on the birds. I love to video tape my hunts. Next time zoom the camera in a little on the kill. Just a little constructive criticism, lol. Don't forget to post the measurements and scores on the scoring thread.
