Finally filled My first tag, beautiful morning, no gobbles off the roost. Had one answer my calling at about 730, Called him across the field. It was slow going until he saw my Jake and hen then he came in on a string. Killed at 813 am. 17.5 pounds, he had a funky broomed off beard with only a few long strands but they count 8.5 inch beard, right spur 1 inch, left spur 7/8th inch.
