Just a reminder for all team members. The hunter, the bow, and the entire deer must be present in the picture. There are no exceptions to this rule and last year 2 bucks were disqualified. This goes for both bucks and does.

One more thing, When you post your picture to the score card page it must also have the official measurements along with it. It is rule #7A

A) Within this post, the measurements as required by the P&Y scoring sheets shall be listed. Example as follows.

B) Total 131 2/8

Right ----- Left

MB 18 6/8 ----- 17 4/8
G1 4 ----- 3
G2 6 4/8----- 6
G3 6 4/8 ----- 4 6/8
G4 4 4/8 ----- 1
G5 1 -----

H1 5 6/8----- 6 2/8
H2 4 4/8 ----- 4 4/8
H3 4 4/8----- 5 6/8
H4 3 6/8----- 3 2/8

Inside spread 15 4/8

Abnormal points
1. 4
2.
3.

I noticed you only put the score in deernutz. Maybe you should edit that and and in the measurements. I just want to be sure we get all the credit that is due us.

That is a great mount.....was it easy to do?

Man--thanks for stepping up!!!!

I am not overly artistic, but I will see if I can come up with a logo--avatar thing.

I am headed out to the west side of WI to hunt some land a friend has. Lets hope I can connect soon!

Good luck out there Pines!!!!! I should be able to knock down a doe fairly quick and easy. Opening day here is in 10 days. I will be checking the cams probably on Friday so if I get anything decent I will post it here. Everyone feel free to try and come up with an avatar. That will be the last thing we have to do to get our team thread rolling. Let's keep it going we currently lead in posts. Everyone keep us updated on all your hunts. Don't be afraid to ask any questions and by all means ask for advice. Who knows, one of our thoughts or ideas may help you nail that big one you've been waiting for. Good luck out in the deer woods!!!!!

I've done 8 Euro mounts now. It's really not that hard to do. It just takes practice. I've refined my technique over the years. If you want me to walk you through it let me know.

I think I might be crazy. I knew there was a storm coming in last night. I could see it. Temps were dropping and I still found myself perched in a stand getting rained on trying to fill a doe tag. I almost closed the deal on a doe a couple times but the wind was roaring and swirled a few times. I did have 2 2yr old buck come right under my stand. They were acting really weird. They came running at me, then ran back to where they came from. Then came running back again and just stood there at 15 yds for 15 minutes then walked off.

Shawn I'm going to try and get that score sheet done tonight. Who knows maybe I measured wrong and he'll score a little more. Be safe out there guys. Been hearing a lot of preventable tragedies while hunting this year already.
