Went out yesterday afternoon and took this nice 8 point. Got him around 6:15. He scores 121 2/8.

superstrutter has put us in First Place, with 171 2/8 points.

Okay, what is everyone doing? I know you are all not gun hunting yet, but let us know what's going on. Any pics of good bucks? Scouting? Bow hunting? Who all is gun hunting now? There's got to be something going on. Let's try to keep the thread going.

I guess nobody is in the woods. I believe things are about to heat up down here. I'm seeing some younger bucks becoming a little more active. The next few weeks should be good.

Went yesterday and watched an 8 point and a spike chase a doe. I had a feeling things were going to start a little early this season. This coming week should be good with the cooler weather on the way. I just have to take a day off work this week.
