Yea, same team again!
I just came back from our property Sunday, hung a couple stands and set out a trail cam. Acorns are looking ok there, looking forward to opening on 9/15!
Have you checked anything out yet?

I've done a little scouting on my club property in Arkansas, but I don't have very high hopes for that particular property. My best shot is my 230 acre hunting spot behind my house. I've been keeping close tabs on it and it's looking really good. I'm expecting the last four years of passing on younger bucks is going to pay off this year. The club rule on this property is "mature 8 point" or better.
I have the other properties in Arkansas to fill my freezer.

gonzo1029 checkin' in.
First year in the contest and first year actually "hunting" whitetails. Hunting Eastern KS for the first time (near Topeka & Lawrence) , and in Western KS (where I'm originally from) for mule deer. Season opens in KS on the 19th so looking forward to a long, hard, and hopefully successful year.

Any ideas for a team name?
In the past my teams have been
'Death from Above'
'Silent But Deadly'
We'll also need a team Captain. I'd volunteer, but my skill in posting pix here is pretty weak. Captains are responsible for posting all successful hunter's pix and scores.
So far we have just four of our team. I suggest we wait until Tuesday for the rest to check in. We can then email Zink for replacements.
