Very nice! I shot my first coyote while on a doe hunt last year. I think I was happier coming home with it compared to if I had come home with a doe or two.

Here he is, finally made it happen on the last day. 10-3/4 beard, 1-5/8 spurs and 20lbs.. Shot at about 50 yds... Hunted hard this year, took daughter and wife with no luck but got it done by myself. Wish my little girl had been there but gives us something to look forward to next year.. Oh, it's an eastern from south zone in IL.

Wow, The DTC family has done well. Unfortunately, our season is over. jr didn't get his on public land but we tried a few more times on some nice looking private land and struck out. I had to go overseas and therefore couldn't hunt the last few weeks of the season. On a good note we had fun. It's nice to tell the son a bad day of hunting sure beats a good day at school. hehehe
