Jack/Canuck_2 checking in.

Our team has a real good representation from all over the continent here; cool. Best of luck to all my teammates.

Our regulations are a little complicated, but basically I can shoot 1 mule deer buck and 1 whitetail buck in this 'region'. But if I travel to another region in the province, I can take number 3. It looks like I will be going to the coast a little later for a blacktail hunt. Otherwise it will be mainly whitetails here locally.

These are the rifle bucks I've taken 3 of the last 5 years; the other 2 years I got bucks with archery gear.

Did my last morning hunt today until after I get back from the provincial seniors games (archery) about Sept 20. I will also be away from our team thread until my return.

This morning I watched 2 4-pts (one may have been a 4x5) for about an hour having numerous sparring matches. Problem is I was 375 yards away and had no hope of putting a stalk on them. But fun to watch, even through binos.

So when you say 4 pointer... you really mean 4x4? I know some areas go by one side. Just to let ya know, I go by both sides Soooo if I say 8 pointer, I dont mean 16 lol. Just 4 on each side.

Also are we gonna have a team name or just Team 2?

Bristowboy, yup, our 4-pts have 4 per side.

Raining like stink today and I elected stay in the luxury of bed. Dion't really want to shoot anything and have to deal with it now, since I'm heading out in a couple days. You guys pick a nice name for the team while I'm gone.
