Im Tony from Neillsville, WI. I have been turkey hunting for 19 years. This will be my second time going after the old boss tom with a bow.

I guess this is the sign in. I'm Randy from Kentucky and hope I do better then last year. The ice storm realy did a number on the timber here in KY. hopefully it has not bother the birds. I plan on getting out next weekend to check things out. Good Luck and Good Hunting to all.

HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN SCOUTTING. I WENT LAST WEEK AND FOUND A WHITE TOM IN THE FLOCK. WENT BACK TO THE FARM TODAY AND HE WAS STILL THERE SO NOW THE RACE IS ON BETWEEN ME AND MY SON TO SEE WHO GETS HIM FIRST. WE CHECK A DIFFERNT FARM OVER THE WEEKEND AND HAD THREE BIRDS GOBBLING A FIRST LIGHT HOWEVER, ONCE ON THE GROUND THEY STOPPED.

Where's everyone at ? Kentuckys season opens next weekend so I hope to get a bird. I have been watching three differnt set of birds on differnt propertys so I hope I will take the air out of one of one of them.

OPENING WEEKEND HERE IN THE BLUEGRASS WAS ROUGH, SATURDAY BIRDS WHERE HENED UP ALL DAY. MY SON AND I HAD TWO HENS ALMOST COME WITHIN 15 FEET OF US. TODAY WE WENT AFTER THE RAIN STOPPED AND SET UP ON A CLOVER FIELD. WE HAD SIX JAKES COME IN AND I SHOT ONE. I SHOT HIM FOR 20 AND HE WAS 25 YARDS WE LOOKED IN THE TIMBER FOR ABOUT AN HOUR THEN WENT BACK TO LET MY SON TRY HIS LUCK. WHEN WE GOT HOME WE WATCHED THE VIDEO AND FOUND MY BIRD WALKING INSIDE THE TIMER TO THE LEFT. I'M GOING BACK IN THE MORNING TO SEE IF I CAN LOCATE IT AGAIN. GOOD HUNTING.
