If everyone will be OK with it, I will do the best I can. Just got in from helping buddies skin and quarter 2 does this evening. They sat in my stands over the food plots, wackin nannies. Goin Wednesday to some other plots, and it's my turn.

Right now, it's 4:30 Am friday Sept. 25th. I am getting ready to go to Ohio for the first week of archery. I ask that when you read this post you say the following out loud-
(Bless Zack with a good hunt).
I pray each of you have a safe and successful hunt as well. Good Luck, I'll be in touch in a week.

I went out tonite for the second time this season and watched a nice 9pointer play around with 1of 5 does. They were about 75 yards out so I didn't get a shot. I did get a few seconds of video of the buck though.
I pulled my card out of the trail cam while I was out there and found that I had a nice 10pointer licking a branch above a big scrape. I also had two smaller bucks and a couple bears. I'll post pics later.

Default Here's a few of the newest pics.

Here are some of the bucks coming by the scrape. I think I might start doctoring it up with a little "Wallhanger" scent from James Valley. Has anyone else ever tried this scent?
I also put some other pics of bear and turkeys on the trail cam page if you want to check them out.
Has anybody been out hunting lately or still waiting on the opener? The team has been pretty quiet lately that's why I ask.

I have been averaging (sp?) 3 days a week on stand. Food plots are growing great!!!! Have a complete toad on game cam (12:22am) and a few others that given the chance...... I have been holding off on doe management until the weather breaks. It has cooled off considerably this week. Baiting is legal here so we have been putting corn out until the plots are ready. First week with corn on camera 287 pics, other location 256.
