Pat - thanks for the advice. I REALLY should get going on the PT. Doc would kill me if he knew I hadn't started yet. That's a pretty amazing trip you are going on. For most of us it's a once in a lifetime trip. Consider yourself lucky.

Rackluster- yes i frequently remind myself how lucky i am to have this type of hunting available and my great work schedule 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off add vacation 6 weeks off during hunting season new kink in my plans my partner for first week of hunt cancelled, today....day we were scheduled to leave.
well my fuel cost just went up but i'm finishing prep and heading out in the tomorrow am , early. day late but heading out. will have alot of audio books to keep me occupied for the 2 day drive.

READY TO GO WILL LEAVE 7 ISH IN AM. HOPE TO MAKE IT TO THE YUKON RIVER.... BUT ANYWHERE BETWEEN FAIRBANKS AND YUKON WILL BE GOOD 510 MILES TO FAIRBANKS PROBABLY 150 MORE TO YUKON BUT 1/2 DIRT. AND I NEED TO STOP IN COUPLE PLACES IN ANCHORAGE TO GET SUPPLIES AND FUEL.
ARCHERY ONLY STRIP , 5 MILES EITHER SIDE FROM YUKON NORTH TO DEADHORSE, ABOUT 400 MILES
PICTURE IS OF MY RIG READY TO GO.

HAUL MY 14 FOOT JET BOAT IN 4 PALCE SNOW MACHINE TRAILER SO I CAN CARRY OTHER THINGS. LIKE 100 GALLONS OF DIESEL AND 50 EXTRA GALLONS OF GAS FOR THE BOAT.
WANT TO SEE MY JET BOAT CHECK YOUTUBE " SAG RIVER " AND PHOTOBUCKET.COM "SAG RIVER " ALSO
