like the new aviator. My name is Larry. In the Heart of Texas. I was a member of the Team with No Name last year. We came in Third and we were in the running all the way to the end. Who else is chomping at the bit?? Went out and practiced some more tonight (30 yards) and had my second robin hood. I wish I had my camera. It's cool but expensive! One day and a wake up!

I'm pretty well set up. Been running a half dozen cameras or so since July. This is an all year event for me. Opening day is only the beginning of the end.

Took my climber and binocs up to about 30 feet last night to do some spotting from afar. There's one tree I sit in that's far enough away from everything, and I can see three crop fields. Just before dark thirty I saw 2 bucks in a bean field. One was about a 120ish 9 pointer and the other I couldn't quite make out but looked pretty good too. It got too dark by the time he fully showed himself. They must have been right in front of a hang on stand I have setup in a nice little stagingarea inside the field edge.

Passed up a nice young ten point in full velvet this morning. Its a long season, but that was a nice way to start.
