Rob, It was! She was grinning ear to ear. I take her fishing all the time. She has caught dozens of trout, perch, and bass. That is her first "big" fish. She wants to hang the mount over her bed in her princess room! Of course, I will oblige!
Bear season starts in a week and a half here... Looking forward to arrowing a nice bruin this year again... Nice to get out and be able to stick something early September because deer season is so far off here.

Let's see some pics of some of your kills... deer, bear, turkey, etc... everyone.

Good morning all. Just gotta fletch up my last arrow and its practice time =) whos coming? But names. Im fine with either of them. I havnt killed many deer or anything big. But i learned a lot in the off season and im able to hunt how i want to hunt the lnad this year. (only me and a buddy hunt it legally) so hopefully i should make out good. Im pretty confident i can put something up for the team. Im downloading the software now to make the avatar.

Here are few more...
Bowman... thanks... I do alot of weight lifting in the off season. Can't find time to hunt, lift, and be a good family man during hunting season. I will still train, but not too intense. I am around 6' and weigh around 250lb.... belly is getting bigger these days though...

Great pics Erik ! I bet it's quite a rush to shoot a bear with a bow. I just started hunting last year (late bloomer..I'm 45). I want to turkey hunt this spring. This is the doe I shot two days before Thanksgiving last year. Had backstraps wrapped in bacon for Thanksgiving dinner. Hopefully I started a tradition.

Sounds like a great Thanksgiving dinner Rob... Nice doe... It's not the size, but the memory and the hunt. Nice work on the doe.

Welcome Jared !

The more I look at our team, the more I like our chances :D Didn't see us mentioned as a team to watch out for, so maybe we'll just fly under the radar ;) and suprise everyone !
You know Rob I was thinking since noone mentioned our team as a good team to look out for I thought of a good team name! (Team Silent Asassan's)sp.
