My neighbor finally cut his hay, so I have a much better view of the field next to the house. Not seeing as many doe as last year. We will see how the next month or so goes.

and Ill....Man Non-res tags are just stupid money for Ill. Think this will be my last year in Ill. My brother just
moved to southern Ohio so going to hunt there next year. pay 140 or 450??? 140 will be much less painful.

So I'm heading out at 4 a.m. tomorrow, opening day. I'm primarily after elk, but deer is open too so we'll see what happens.

YES......I'm taking my 11 y/o son to camp today. Checking trail cams, fishing, shoot the 22, putting harnesses in treestands. I'll report later tomorrow if there is anything good.

That buck is amazing! Have you been seeing more like that one this year?

I will be hunting in SE MN this year I will be going to CO in Oct. for Elk and to Texas in Dec. for a monster whitetail. I try to get to SD but this year isn't looking good.

seen a typical that is about as big has him... maybe even bigger if you can beleive it i just need to get permission... the people who own the land are gone on vacation so i'm waiting on them to get back lol.... but opening day is around 48 hours and i will be hunting a stand were i seen a 180 class witha droptine the year before .... hopefully he is still aroundwhen do all of your seasons for deer open up?
