Thanks for the nice words for my boy guys, but a lost deer is a lost deer and I sure do hate to havet hat happen to anyone!

My brother shot one last night, found him this morning after a pouring rain.
Didn't hit him as good as he thought and it made it about 600 yds.
But at least he found it, nice velvet buck.

WOW congrats to your brother on the nice velvet buck. Those are some nice mulies as well, heck if you have the opportunity to go...might as well. I wish you luck!

I like velvet bucks also! My brother on the other hand was thinking about haveing it stripped off the knucklehead! I talked him out of it thou. My buddy helped him look for it this morning as I had to work. I sent him my instamatic digital camera this time, the guy probably has a dozen deer over 160 and not a single field photo over the year! Anyways my buddy says he takes like 10 photos out in the field and they leave the camera at my door. I get home tonight and not a single one on the thing..nice! At least they knew how to use the cell phone camera "photo above".
Here'ssome of my sons and mines mounted velvet bucks we took one season a couple years ago. My buddy used the photo for his brochure.

My season opens the 27th of this month and I get back to the states on the 26th!!!!!

I will be living through you guys for the next 3 weeks so you need to share the stories!!!;)
