O.k. everyone, let's check in and see how everyone is looking for this season. I was just out checking out our lease tonight. So far we have seen/caught on tape five bucks over 130" and at least one over 150". How are all of you doing?

I'm checking in also, I think KYdeerhunter and I were teammates last season kind of crazy a Jenna!
Things are looking good, I don't plan on shooting any buck under 150 this season. Have seen quite a
few good ones glassing and on my camera so we'll see what happens!

Yea I thought we were, hopefully this year is a little better for me. I have been seeing some nice bucks lately, so hopefully I can get an opportunity to take one.:)

Hey Brett - hope we both do better than Turkey Season!

I've been up to our property twice this year and everything's looking good. Also just found out that as a wedding gift I'm gettting a trip to Northern MO from a friend that's an Outfitter:D

Could be the best year yet and opener's only a month away!

I'm here, things arelooking good for me this year. Got5 or 6over 150 running around and two over 170, hope I can get one on the ground.[8D]

Ok guys, checking in from Texas...I spent all last week at our ranch and went through about 4000 pics and if I get a crack at one that is on our ranch hit list it will definately be in the 130+ range...Sorry most likely no 150's here....Good luck to all you guys!!!! Team 21 will get er done!!!:D

Looks like we are going to have a darn good team this year! Glad to see others are out scouting and have the cameras out also!
I just stopped by my taxidermist and he was working on a buck of mine, still has quite a bit of work to do but it's looking pretty good!

Good luck to you all, I'll be hunting in just a little bit, hoping to get the one I'm after in velvet if I can!

I remember seeing those deer ;). Congrats again on some GREAT bucks! Your taxi looks like he is doing an excellent job on the one in the photos. Now, we just need you to smoke one of those brutes for our team this year :D!

All but four of us have shown up, as soon as everyone is here we should have a team vote for captain. I will be more than happy to lead our team if that's what the majority agrees on, but I would like everyone to have the chance to vote.

KY, did you just start doing taxidermy on your own or did you go to a school for it? Thats not to bad of work, nice job! I vote for Brett also, heck he's from the land of giants man!

Thanks everyone. I started taxidermy 2 years ago, and just taught myself by reading and watchin videos. Its really fun, I am hoping to get a shop open next fall:)

He grossed 174 and net 156, dressed 185 and was 4 1/2 years old. G2 14 in.left sied, G3 right sied 12 in. crab claw, insane main beam length.

THATS AN AWESOME BUCK, CONGRATS!

Went out to check cameras and move some around, I've been haveing some problems with one of them so I had to go look. Nothing really special on film, oh but I did get a photo of a drop tine buck that I had glassed last week. He's wide but thats about it, still needs a year or two. Turned out to be a good trail to set up on, on some of my pics I have 5 bucks in one frame thats kinda cool!

O.K., we have four team members who have not checked in. I have Rob helping me try to get their attention. None of them have their PM's enabled. As of right now, we should probably vote on a captain, throw out some ideas for a team name, and come up with an avatar idea. I am working today, so I will try to come up with a couple name ideas, I'm sure some of you are more creative than I am:D. Let's see/hear some ideas. We really need something catchy since it will be posted as the winning team name!;)

Ok, guess I'm the last to check in. Would have been here sooner but I've already been out chasing antelope. Deer will be my last season here in Colorado. Saving the best for last, drew a tag in a trophy area out on the plains late archery. Good luck to everyone!

Went out tonight for a quick pass through the lease after we finished supper. We saw a bunch of deer, mostly does, but did see two nice bucks. One of them was VERY nice. Come on Oct.!

Ive only got 12 days till our bow season starts....Ive had my eyes on two 170 inch monsters for the past 3 years...and the farmer gave me permission to hunt his farm that they are on. Hopefully I can connect with one:D

Season opener is 3 weeks from today:D

Looks like we got some of the best areas covered on our team: IL, MO, TX, KY - lookin' good!

Our season opens the last weekend in Sept. but I will wait to see what the weather is doing and then take a couple weeks and hit it hard. We have some real nice deer on cameras and we have targeted some good mature deer, hopefully one will give me an opportunity and I will be able to close the deal.
Wallhanger, we do have some good states on our team andI think we will have a good chance if all goes well...

Jenna, I hope you get a crack at one of them monsters!!!!!!!! I don't think we have anything quite that big on our place but we have some descent deer that if I get a crack at should be between the 130-150 range, a 150 would be a heck of a trophy in the region I hunt.
