wished we could hunt on Sundays, looks like I will be trapped in work for the next couple of weeks working 12-14hr days so you guys go lay some bone down for us

Pretty slow weekend for me. Didn't see too many deer at all because of the hot frican weather here in WI.

I won't be going out till it gets cooler. I was sweating walking to my stand Friday and Saturday nights.

Food plots are looking insane though. If it cools down this weekend I will be hunting the one. I have a old apple tree next to it with tons of apples on it, soy beans that the farmer planted in the field and are still green, and I planted clover, oats, and rape in 1/2 acre plot. I will take some pics this weekend for ya!

Thats sucks brkn. We just got off 12 hour days where I work at.

Oh how I remember those 12 hour days AND nights for 32 years in that HOT stinkin Steel Mill. My Deer hunting or ANY hunting was done on my vacation time back then.
Retired nearly 7 years ago & am never bored-I feel for all you all workin those crazy hours.
My opener is Oct. 1st & have things in place.
