Well my brother called and said the deer are moving a lot better this week. He saw the big boy that we saw twice in June. This is the first time we've seen him since. He thinks he's in the 150-160 range. I'm heading back that way on Sunday night and I plan to get a couple stands on him and hunt all week. Hope to put some points on the board.

Sounds to me like everyone is staying pretty busy! It is nice and chilly this morning. I wish I was going hunting rather than working! Oh well. The weekend is fast approaching! Next week I have a pretty busy week with work, so it doesn't look too likely that I will get out anytime durning the week. Usually Tuesdays and Thursdays work pretty well for me, but I'm flying into Falls City Nebraska this coming Tuesday for a cooridnation meeting. Maybe next Thursday.

Keep at it and good luck guys. We'll hit paydirt here pretty soon!

I will be going out tomorrow morning, hopefully tomorrow night, Sunday morning and Tuesday morning. Ive been real busy and my hunting has been suffering lately...even though ive been out 17 times already ;)

Siman- let me know how the Power Scrape works out. I made a mock scrape and licking branch on Tuesday and just use the bathroom in it myself to fire it up. I'll do the same tomorrow when I freshen it up and check the cams but I am going to a Pro Shop tomorrow afternoon and may pick up some Power Scrape if it does the trick. Let me know somethin!

Im going to the stand that i set 3 up at tomorrow morning, so ill let you know if we see any action of if they have been hit yet. It still kinda early.

That's true. A cold front is supposed to blow in tonight and I won't be using the Power Scrape till late next week probably. I've just read some good things about it.

I went out this morning guys with my filming partner but had no luck.Two of my scrapes had been hit though, which is a good sign. I wont be getting out tommorow because of a wedding in my girlfriends family.

30 deer on 18 hunts, 13 fawns, 11 does, 4 bucks and 2 unknown.

Hey guys, just checking in. Boards seem to be a little quiet. Hopefully a good thing, since that could mean you are all hunting...I'm on my way home tomorrow and will hunt all week long. It looks like a great week, highs in the 50's lows in the 30's. Might be just what I need to smack one.

How's everybody else doin?

Just got back from tagging in my brothers turkey. It was his first bowkill and 2nd turkey overall. It was a 13 lb Jake. I saw 2 unknown deer on the way in this morning, and then 2 does on the walk out. I thought the deer would be moving great because the temps were so cool. 2 guys that were hunting my property saw a couple does, a small buck and a fox. My brother also saw a few does before he shot his turkey.

That gives me 34 deer on 19 hunts, 13 does, 13 fawns, 4 bucks and 4 unknown.
