I've named him 'Ribcage'. From the side, that's what he looks like.

Those are the same bucks I've posted in here previously but this time are over the mock scrape and with the trail camera instead of my video camera.

Hey guys,
I'm headed out this afternoon.... I'm completely dumbfounded as to where to go. I'm not going to hunt over the food plot, because the buck isnt showing during daylight. I walked to my oak patch yesterday and didnt see much sign, and the wind will be pretty bad for that spot.

I've got too many options, thats the problem w/ hunting a big woods. I think I might try a placeI havent hunted in 2 years. Its about 100 yrds from the food plot and its in a thick area of underbrush that leads right up to the plot.

Either that or i have another place Ive never hunted I might try, again about 400 yrds from the food plot but at a 90 degree angle to the first place.

I could also just go someplace crazy, where I havent hunted in a long time.

I hate big woods hunting, the deer are everywhere and nowhere!

Either that or I could head to the family farm and sit on some corn feilds...

HELP! I have until 145 to decide!

Haha, well I think I've figured it out. I have a sweet little spot to try. Its the first spot I talked about.

There is a finger of thick stuff the goes down to a creek and oaks on both sides of the finger. I'm going on the SW side of it. The wind pretty much dictated this to me, and I pulled up a satellite image of the area and confirmed my thoughts, it could be his travel route to the food plot. Plus I remember finding a bunch of rubs/scrapes in there 2 years ago.

The family farm is ruled out due to terrible winds.

Solo, I'd heard guys on hear and on tv shows claim that's what they did. I thought what the heck, give it a try. Seems to have worked. Now I shouldn't really have to do anything as long as they keep hitting it.

WakeCow, very cool way to get in. Good luck
