Forget that, you all are lucky that you can choose just about any day to go out and hunt in any way, shape or form. I'm from Miami, FL. I have to make plans waaaay ahead of time to go hunting, and drive for several hours to find a place to do it.

As soon as my daughter graduates from high school I'm moving North.

Well I got to the range Wednesday and got my new T/C dialed in. The muzzy is shooting 2" groups if I do my part and the 06 barrel in just a smidge better. Got both at 1" high at 100yds. I need some range time and mabye a little trigger work to shrink them a little more. Either way I can hit what I am aiming at. Looks like I will be selling my 06 Handi since it will just be taking up room in the safe

Went from2777 pellets to 100 grains ofBlackhorn, boy is that stuff nice to shoot. A dozen rounds with no patching between shots, noproblem loadingand 2 wet patches followed by 3 dry when I was done. All clean. Breech plug is much cleaner after shooting Blackhorn than with 777. To say the least I am sold on this stuff.

Got out bowhunting today, did not see a thing. The farmer just cut a load of corn yesterday so I am hoping that will help stir things up a bit.

How are things shaping up for the rest of you?

Paul
