RE: What ya shootin'?!?
Hi all, this is my first bow, and I haven't even hunted with it yet. I plan to be ready to hunt next season, and I figure this league will be good practice!
'07 PSE Brute - 29" 70# (currently at about 64)
Trophy Ridge Matrix 5 pin
Scott release

I'm shooting my hunting bow, wish I could afford a new one, but I like what I have. Its an '03 BowTech Extreme VFT @ 63 pounds with a 27" draw length, Drop Zone rest, Simms modular stabilizer. GT X 5575s with blazers, Scott Mongoose release.

RE: What ya shootin'?!?
I'm still debating between my spot/field rig, 3-D rig or my hunting rig. If I end up having to shoot outdoors I'll probably shoot my hunting rig, the 8x scope on my spot rig takes pretty good lighting and we just don't get that outdoors here in the winter...

Matt, if you loan me a target sight I could have my bow up and running as well.

Not sure if I will be using the Trykon (see sig) or my '04 xTec.The xTecis basically my old hunting rig with the poundage turned down to about 58 lbs. I am going to replace the cams on the Trykon with 65% instead of the 80% and I don't know if it will be done in time.

What do you have?
Golden Eagle Custom wheel bow w/ lead weighted riser 55#/30"
Easton X7 w/ 1" Duravanes
Toxonics Terminator sight w/ 8x Super Scope
(Can't remember the rest but it's one of the original fall aways, has to be manually cocked every shot.)
36" Easton stabilizer
Carter Big Kid 3D release
There isn't even a club here on the island, so it's been a while since it got a workout. Actually, the last FITA tournament I shot in Anchorage I thought was going to be a 3D shoot and I showed up with the wrong bow:
Hoyt Defiant (version 1) 76#/30"
A/C/C Hyperspeed 2-49
Toxonics Terminator w/ 3x Super Scope (also 2x and 4x lenses)
Golden Key Premier Rest
Hoyt Stabilizer
Carter Big Kid 3D release
Like I said; Old School.
