as soon as i catch them in the field in the daylight im always working when everyone else sees them, kinda sucks i did see one of them though, i cant seem to get a pic of him close enough though, but hopefully he or one of the other bigger ones will feel the wrath of the THWACK ATTACK!

hey guysim finally back in town. ive been in jamaica for my wedding. My name is ryan. im 23 and hail in nappanee, indiana. that's about 30 min. from notre dame university. My hunting partner and I have been watching about 8 different bucks between 140-170 class at our 3 leases. The biggest is sporting about a 6 in drop tine on his left side. i hope he crosses my path opening day. I hope everyones scouting pays off.

That was my 2006 Shotgun kill. Missed a nice buck in bow season and didn't get another chance until gun season came in. Wednesday of gun season, I was sitting on the edge of a field that overlooks a bedding area. About 9:00 i heard three shots on a property that borders ours. At 9:20 three does and a half rack eight came through making pretty good time. Must have come from all the shooting on the other property. Five minutes after thatI caught movement from the same area the other deer came from. I pulled up my Rem. 11-87 looked through the scope and saw a tall and heavy eight comingdown the same trail. Once he got to within 40yds I gave him a baaawww and hestopped in his tracks. I put the crosshairsbehind his shoulder and he dropped right in his tracks. WhenI walked up on him I realized that he was a 10pt with matching split G-2's. Had himgreen scored at 161 2/8 gross. Haven't had him offically scored yet.

Ok guys, let see what you think. I asked ryanaller to help me out on creating an avatar. Wasn't sure how to put the team name in the picture.
