Nothing to report fromMonday, going back down Friday night. I will be at the farm all weekend. The temps are still suppose to be in the mid 80's[:@][:@][:@]! I was soak an wet from a thunderstorm the went through by 7:30 an then the sun came out an by 10:30 it was 82 degrees.

Did almost get pulled off of my stand from 25 feet up bya skeeter. I could not get any pics of it the thing took my camera.

I don't think it's going to be any cooler for you on Friday. I might get out Friday evening and more certainly on Sunday afternoon. Right now my kids have too many sporting events on Saturday and I'm one of the coaches of a football team.

Still here! Went to PA for the opener Last weekend. Saw a doe and 2 little ones..that was it It was so darned hot...84deg. they just werent movin. Headed back tnite to give it another go before NY's opener in the 13th.

Well, guys, I passed on a 6 pointer this morning. He looked like he was about 2 1/2...still has some growing to do. I think he was thumbing his nose at me, because he stopped not 10 yards from my stand...broadside. [&:] Hopefully I'll catch his daddy coming through!!

Another weekend at home from college with NO luck. Didn't see many deer at all, the heat must have something to do with it. At least I keep telling myself that. It's back at school another week, then home thur fri sat and sun to hunt. Gettin close to that rut here in MN.

will be in the tree at 5:30 sat. mornin cant wait found me a honey hole on my uncles farm. no one has hunted this area for at least 2 years that i know of we all just forgot about the area. its a ridge top that is about 350-400 yards long 90% is grown up with exception of about 2 spots which one area i will be hunting looks very promising they have trails running all over the ridge top andwe have 5 different shooter buck runnin around that we have on camera.
