Gonna be using my 06 Matthew Switchback XT (29" 70lb), with a Toxonix 3 pin sight, trophy ridge dropzone, with 7595 Gold Tip XT Hunters, blazed with a blazer wrap, not sure what I will be using for a broadhead yet, probably goin with a 125 as a 100 may make the spine a tad stiff. Got my Vapor Trail String and Cable on order.

RE: 33-Official Team 33 Thread

I had just finished putting out some deer mix in the back yard, and in less then 25 min. this is what came out. The pic is a little blurry cause the camera had been in the house and when I came out the lenses fogged up quickly, kinda happens when the wife keeps it 67 inside and it is a humid 91 outside. THe deer mix is something I just through together, I use molasses, corn, sugar, and salt pellets. Seems to wok good and they always seem to come back about once a week I put a couple gallons of water on it.. They were a pretty descent 8 and a youg 6..

Looks like you should have somethin to get your heart pumpin this year. I just hope that the bucks from last year stuck around the same area this year.
2 years ago i saw a really nice buck, last year nobody saw him. So hopefully I can get a couple to wander under my stand. Anybody else have pics of deer they are gonna be chasin?

RE: 33-Official Team 33 Thread

Lets see some of your best deer from your area. This was taken in 05 with my shotgun...hopefully I can find one of his offspring, or better yet, his papa. This year

RE: 33-Official Team 33 Thread

BUCKED UP or THE RAKERS(my buddy and I callbuck with a lot ofpoints this because it looks like a couple of rakes on their head)these are the the only thing i can come up with. It alsoseems we don't have much of a team so far not much action on our thread.

FowlBuck 08-14-2007 08:23 PM

RE: 33-Official Team 33 Thread

I was thinking the same thing Paddles, there are still a few people that have not checked in, not sure what is going on there. I started laughing when I first saw your post. Cause I asked the wife about an hour ago to come up with some name and she came up with BUCK-IT, BUCKED-UP, BUCK-BOYZ, and HORN-E. The sad thing is I laughed at all 4 and here you go posing it. LOL We also may need to nominate a capt. some time not sure if it is a reg. or not....

FowlBuck 08-16-2007 07:24 PM

RE: 33-Official Team 33 Thread

Just wondering if we HAVE to pick a captain, or if we ALL make a pac to check in and let everyone know what is going on. NO big deal one way or another...

FowlBuck 08-16-2007 07:34 PM

RE: 33-Official Team 33 Thread

Has anyone been in the contest before and entered a deer or scored a deer using P&Y. This is my first year in the contest although I am on the forum alot. It seems to be pretty straight forward in scoring so if anyone has question's dont hesitate to ask them, hell I might even have a few...

FowlBuck 08-16-2007 08:20 PM

RE: 33-Official Team 33 Thread

To answer my own ????? Yes you must have a Captain so just for the HELL of it I nominate myself....

the team name rack attack works for me. we can just go with that if no one else cares.

RE: 33-Official Team 33 Thread

Rack Attack sounds great and Thanks FowlBuck for taking it by the horns for team captain. I wish I had more time to be on here and stir some mischief but, I am in the process of opening an indoor range here in Michigan and don't get much free time between work, the range and the family. Did anyone send those that haven't checked in a PM?
