Jenna & nubo, Thanks for the kind words. I really wish he would have made it to this season, but I am happy we found him. Jenna, I can't believe your season starts so quickly, ours doesn't start until Oct. 1. Keep us posted on how it's going. Nubo, I'm sure my man Tony will do just fine on a buck this year. Heck, if he connects once under pressure, he'll be doing better than his beloved Favre.
Good luck to you and your team as well, you will need it going up against our group.
On a different note, I just got back from moving stands. Boy, is it HOT and DRY. We need rain in a big way. I managed to walk through a fresh hatch of ticks and my wife had the pleasure of picking over 200 tiny, pin head size ticks off of me.[:'(] We did see alot of sign and things are looking promising. I still have a good bit of work to do before season gets here.

Ewticks Ihate them stinkin' things. I think that is probably the one animal that this world could do without. I think we might have a good chance of scoring high in this contest. Who knows...??
I think the season starts kind of early too but south carloina has been in season for about 2 weeks now. We are supposed to be getting some cooler weather and rain soon which we definitely need, we have had 3 days of 100 degree temperature and we are 10 inches behind in rainfall. Very very dry here.

id like to have this deer removed but i was told no! by my grandpap who runs the ground an hes old school an dont understand it by takin it out of the herd.. the rules are 6 pt or better he says hes not a 6pt he cant be taken[:@]
