Ok guys.. WHEW! I am home now.. just got back from running him to town..checking him in.. busting butt to get him taken care of. I ran him up to my buds house and we caped him out and he hung the meat for me in in his walk in cooler.. so he's safe.. Head and cape are with me.. I will get a tape on him here in second once I chill for a bit.. I feel like I just came off one of the BIGGEST natural highs of my life.. I am so happy.. called my bro he is pumped my wife and kids got home and were pumped and my neighbor is too, he knows how hard I have hunted this particular deer..
Gonna sip on a coffee here and read the boards for a few minutes and then go tapehim over. .he looks about like a 150 buck.. give or take a few..
here is a pic from my post "checkmate" 2.5 years of hunting this guy finally pays off..

I don't know scoring like the Germinator, but that thing has got to be a lot bigger than 150".
The tine length on your bucks always amaze me. We have short stubby antlers - like the Cajuns.

Germ,
I've hunted near beans and from what I've seen right after harvest they leave a lot of spilt beans and
pods, and the deer usually stay in there pretty heavy for a little while after harvest.
Just trying to be uplifting and inspirational - did that help?
