already made a batch of jerky i make my entire deer into jerky. i use the good meat for muscle jerky and scrap meat i grind into burger and shoot it through the jerky cannon. the new dehydrator i bought from cabelas really does a lot of jerky quick. i made 15 lbs of ground jerky in it and still had 2 racks left over and i had an inch space in between each strip of jerky and it cooked in 5 1/2 hours

What is the name of it camp, I may want to invest in a new one this year.

Wen hunting this weekend so far and have not had the best of luck. Went with one of my good buddys this morning and he shot a spike. It was pretty cool, I got it all on camera.

My season starts SAT and I plan on being there. Got a call from one of my best hunting buds and we just re-gained access to about 1000 acreas of prime land within 40 minutes from my house. It's a good thing cause we have about 20 stand locations there that are prime. Real excited now. Time is my only enemy with baby, job, business, etc etc
