Has anybody even sat in the stand this year?

hnt24 I went and checked a stand I left in the woods the other day. Unfortunately I did not have my bow, not for another 16 days. Good news was that it was still there and all the straps were good on it.

I'm down to 15 days guys. I went out tonight and checked some of my public honey holes. They are starting to cut the corn here which will get the deer back in the woods. Lot of good sign the 15th can't get here soon enough. I am about ready to jump out of my skin if I can't get out chase some deer soon.

I think my wife is getting the bug bad as well, she has never hunted but is bugging me every night to go out and shoot or scout or practice with the climber. I'm thinking this is going to be a fun season, can't wait.

Lefty thats cool your wife is getting into it. I don't think my wife would have the heart to put one down. Maybe next year I'll try and get her started on shooting then when Max is old enough we can go hunting as a family.
