Guys I got my deer back today. I scored him, he came out to an even 84. No monster but I'm proud of him. he is my best bow buck to date. I will post on the official score thread with pic and measurements from work tomorrow.

I will be hunting with the recurve. I have one more buck tag and 3 doe tags. general season starts tomorrow and I won't be able to shoot does on my lease but I am going on a few out of town hunts. Also the feral hogs are year round. I may hunt with a ML once or twice as well.

Hey everyone, back from the great north. Ontario whipped our asses big time. I saw a grand total of 1 doe while actually hunting. We had a total of 11 deer seen for the three of us, only three were bucks, one borderline shooter. The "outfitter" kind of screwed us around as far as locations go, so weren't into any decent areas until the 3rd afternoon, and even then the pressure on the crown land was unreal. Never seen so many hunters in my life. We had a lot of fun on the trip, but the hunting really sucked a big one. We got the short end from the outfitter I think because it was our first year, and everyone else there had been going for 3-5 years previous, so he wasn't about to point us in their direction as far as land goes, even though there are millions of acres. Sucks to know you kind of got shafted. The other guys in camp are the ones that told us where to go for better sign/hunting, but the area had already been pounded, so we were a dollar short again. But, we're alot smarter now if we go back somewhere else. sorry no one got any for out team, and thanks for getting that one posted TX. I'll be back in the archery woods this weekend. Wife has seen some real good deer, so hopefully we can get something done.
