went out this morning and its like someone flipped a switch.... there is buck sign everywhere.... the only bad thing is school..... but i am going out today to move some stands that need to be moved... but i will let you guys know tonight what happens after the night hunt!!!!!

HOly god, 25 days! That is awesome, if nothing dies before your time is up, just hang it up!

I'm heading out today for Ontario for a week of deer hunting. Going to be AWESOME!!! Weather looks good ,cold and wet, should be prime rut too.

If any of you ladies whack a deer in my absence, Just send me a PM, and I'll get them all reported when I get home. Should be back online on MOnday Nov. 5. Take care and good luck everyone!

man.. This has been a rough year.. I have seen 13 different bucks but none really close enough to shoot except for a really small 6 pointer and a 4 pointer.. Still a few more weeks to go. Tomorrow I will go sit in the rain and see what I cant get besides wet!

Ya i got kind of spoiled with my vacation this year, but i had to work quite a stretch of days in a rowbefore vacation and when I go back,I still haveclasses and will be helping out on the farm during my time off too.Thanks Mike now you've Jinxed me, now I probably won't see anything when I have my bow in my hand. Good luck in Ontario and keep us posted.

Something must have nipped me in the butt boys.... i went hunting last night and didn't see a thing and now i am going huntin this morning and tonight and probably tomorrow morning too.... woke up this morning, walked outside and came running back in for more clothes.... its cold out there!!!!

Saturday night I got to hunt out of my first actual treestand. After only passing on one doe on my regular spot. I was trying to find a new one for a bit. Well after passing on 3 does and 1 five point buck I was sold on my new spot. I dont know if I will be able to hunt it all the time though but I will hunt it in another 2 weeks. I also had a very nice 10-12 point buck come out but he was 50 yards away, saw a doe and left[:@]. It was cool though because he came in grunting. I grunted at him but he didnt care...Oh well. SO STOKED if you cant tell...

Compared to what I'm seeing here (which is nothing) he's nice bowstalker. Glad to read some of you are at least seeing deer. A guyhere did take a nice one (green scored 150) in the area next to the one I'm hunting so I know they are here but things are very slow, slow for everyone I talk to. Temps have dropped nicely soI'm hoping thingspick up. G-luck to ya"ll.
