Nice buck jeg3455. I think I might wait for my muley too since we still have a week to hunt with a gun around here. Next weekend were going to the SW part of the state on my dads lease. there are some real nice bucks down there.

I'll try and score it, but the right horn is busted off about 4" above the base and the deer was shot in the leg and ran in a ditch, so I walked up and he jumped up and ran up a hill. I aimed at the base of his neck to put him down ASAP since he was wounded and about 100 yards from going onto private land. I ended up hitting him in the skull shattering the skull plate so I have no clue what spread to give it or anything. I pmed cougarmag and he told me to send him a pic and we could figure out some way to score him. Im going to get pics on here and to him once I figure out what is wrong with the camera. That's about the worst luck. The rack is in 2 pieces.

Nothing again [&:]this is going down as my worst season on record. Seems to be the norm though for my area this year wayyyy to many deer have been shot off in the past 4yr and they just keep issuing so many doe tags it's sad. I havent seen a deer since last tuesday and that was out the window of my truck leaving my hunting grounds. So i've seen 9 deer hunting this season and all we're on the opener last monday. I put the 270 away and busted out my lucky charm on tuesday the 6mm rem so hopefully that will bring me good luck. Hope you fella's are having better luck that I am. I'll be out after em again tomorrow.

Well i have 2 days left and it's not looking good
. I'll be out both days giving it all I have. Atleast i know I put all my effort into it this season if I dont succeed. This is the hardest I've ever had to hunt. I'm usually done by the 3rd day this year they are really making me work for it. But I like a challange just not this much ofone. Good Luck boys.

Well fella's the season is officially over and i'm eating tag soup. Sorry I couldn't get us some " this year but thats hunting. I did all I could do by putting in all the time that was available to me and I did my homework and knew where to hunt. I guess it just wasn't meant to be. Can't kill one every year i guess. Goodluck fella's. I'm sure a few more scores can be added to our team total.
