I'm here, I know I'm late but I have'nt been around here much lately do to my wife's liver transplant, she had it Aug 22 and we was in St Louis for 4 weeks and there has been a lot of trips back and forth since. Hopefully she wil be well enough for me to get out and do a little hunting this season, if not there will be next year to hunt.
I will be hunting Southern Mo and our season opens the 11th of Nov.with our ML season opening the day after Thanksgiving and running for about10 days, we have an acorn crop and a half this year, it will be hard hunting again this year, they just don't have to move if they don't want to.

Bama Slama,
nice looking pics. especially that big 10 pointer. hopefully you'll luck into him and he'll be hanging on your wall soon.
strut,
family comes first. there's always next season. i wish your wife a speedy recovery so that you can get back to your normal routine. if you do make it out, i'm sure that a few evenings in the old deer stand will help to relieve alot of stress.
anyone have any ideas for a team name?? i'm not usually the most creative when it comes to that
. also should decide on a team captain.

strut, sorry to hear that about your wife, life throws you curves sometimes...hang in there. I'm not too far from St. Louis, on the IL side.
I've already posted this on the bow contest site, but what the heck.....heres what I killed last Wednesday. I'm not shotgun hunting this woods, this was in my honeyhole
