Hey Scott...I didn't keep my measurements and my buck is in Kansas being mounted. I'll email them and see if they still have them. I think it's great idea, but I may not be able to get mine posted for a bit. I did score it accoding to B&C though.

That reminds me, I PMed Rob about revising my score....tho it won't help my score much, but it won't hurt. I stupidly left off a circumference measurement and was so busy at the time I used a wide steel tape that actually hurts in scoring. Since then I have acquired a legit steel cable since a couple of buddies at work want to mess around with scoring their bucks.

Scoring can be made a tad harder than it really is if someone doesn't take the time to do it right.

I can tell you that I believe there are a couple scores it the contest right now I simply question but I'm not going to insult the ones in question. Next year I think this is a good idea and it's so simple because everyone is already doing it, it's just a matter of listing it.

Anyway, it'll be a great learning tool too to see how the scores come up and many and I believe this too will fool the hell out of ya. I also believe it'll help in the underscored bucks, not just the overscored bucks like in CM's case and a couple more. Bucks are underscored as much as they are overscored. It might as well be right!

I had my score sheet laying around on my desk so I went ahead and plugged my measurements in there. This is a GREAT idea moving in to next year. Good thinking!

I REALLY think there are those that MUST be adding the spread credit.

I do think the spread credit is what messes a lot of guys up. Inside spread is the only spread credited to your final score.

Plus I think some guys take their tine measurements from the bottom of the main beam rather then from the point of origin.

Yeah, I score for B&C, but I wasn't going to enter mine until I got the mount back since I had to wait 60 days anyhow, so I just left the measurements at the taxidermist...

I don't think this requirement should chap anyone, it's actually kinda nice so you can see the measurements and appreciate the score more.
