A little over the 130" mark for me guys. His brow tines scored low, but his main beams and decent G2s and G3s made up for them.

With Brents buck we should fall in to the 550"-580" range and we still have 5 guys hunting hard!

I'll be out all weekend trying to score on another Illinois trophy. We get two to buck tags per year and I ain't quittin' yet!

Can Mauser go with you, Duke???

I got room on my lease in southern Illinois for anyone. This is where I shot my 11-11-06 buck. Only thing is gun season is this weekend, and after that the deer get skiddish and real hard to hunt!

I have private land in a no gun county, but I'm the only one who is allowed in.

We have to put our boy blue on a buck with a bow. How's your schedule M? I'm hoping/cheering hard for Matt, KY, ext1 and MM as well. Comon guys, I don't hear that chick singing yet.

Germ....really not sure how weekends look in January..that month is wierd because ill be coming back to school...working..hunting..and probably going to 2 diffrent camps for a couple days each to hunt and hang out.

i still got some time guys...not looking forward to the late season....and got a good shot in rifle season at filling my buck tag..but if im still hunting after rifle season the bow will be coming to all my stand hunting. finding a legal buck after rifle season will be hard...i just wish i got it done right the first time........thats like having someone hand you a million dollar check and saying oh wait....wrong person. highest of highs...to the lowest of lows in seconds....still bummed. thats hunting.....i COULD take my bow AND my gun when im stand hunting in rifle season....... the first day im going to be in the same spot i shot that buck in. hopefully someone jumps him and sends him right to me again...im going to setup high on the hill so i can see evvvvverything. should definently dump a doe that morning. drives start at 10am...if i dont have him dead by then we got a good shot of killing him the first drive..

Captain here is the deal, I am in process of trying to sign some prime time hunting land in Ohio. Their seasons runs through Feb 4th. If I get the deal signed and permission to hunt the this Jan you are welcome to come out.

All you have to do is get to Ohio, the land is near Sandusky about an Hour from Cleveland. Out of state tag is 149.00, my treat(I was poor and in college once too). Even if you score a deer and I get this done you are welcomed.

If anyone else runs out of time let me know, but the tag offer is only for Captain.

Even if I signed the lease I may not be able to bring you out. Hunters already leasing the property right now. The owner is dealing with 3 deaths in the family in the last 6 weeks. A lot of big "IF's" in this deal.
