Great buck Dayna...! You have had a tremendous season! Congrats.
Awesome pics. I really want to get out that way and hunt! Maybe in a few years so I can save up!

Been slow hunting here. Muzzleloader season is here. A couple of nice bucks were shot last week. My father in law killed a 5 point and 7 point yeasterday in NY.
I will hopefully get out a couple of afternoons this week and Sat.

I'm not sure how much more hunting I will get in. I went out on Sat. and Sun afternoon, but didn't see a deer. They don't seem to be moving here much (at least not during the day). I will try to sneak out a few more times. I will have to get out ice fishing too.

[/align]Thanks guys .I'm going back to illinios to hunt newyears weekend I only got one doe tag to my name. My buddy wants another try at filling his buck tag.I got a few more drainages to run and I'll know the whole property.I can't wait to get back in the woods ,it fells like it's going to be a long winter. I have been dreaming up an island hunt on the mississippi in illinios ,I got a good 20' sea nymeph great lake sp. I could live on and hunt up and down the river.Using arials some of the islands look like they had old farms on them.I really enjoy planing my next hunt.

Congratulations Dayna.....really nice buck. I've been real busy for the last few weeks so I haven't checked in much. I will be back in a tree this week end.......still lookin for Mr. Big.....I have until Jan 15th. I start a new job the 8th of January so we will see how much that cuts in to my last few days!!
Congratulations to all of you that have had a good season and put meat in the freezer and the is always next year for the rest of us!
