update:got a doe with my bow my first time out this year, not much has happened since. but in the last 2 weeks, we've got some killer trail cam pics. one 120ish 8pt and one 130ish 8pt last week, another 120ish and 130ish 8pt this week, along with 2 140ish 10pts and a bigger 10 that might would go around 150. all in all, we're quite happy, we've been getting alot of bucks on trail cam this year, and have several good ones running around that we've got pics of, and some more that we let walk last year that none of us have seen yet. should be a great season

ps im taking 5 days during the rut to hunt, hopefully i can tag one of these big boys

Hey fellas....just checking in. Stayed at the farm for 9 days bow hunting. Shot a doe, she's in the freezer. I've seen quit a few young bucks chasing does this last week.....no big boys yet. They will come. Had a real nice shooter buck within 12 yards and needed him to take just one more darn step to his right! He had been chasing a doe and she had gone on about 60 yards. All of a sudden, he dropped his nose to the ground and bolted after her......that was that. Love this bow hunting!!
Guns open on the 12th and the boys should be running around real good by then.

hey guys how is it going i got added to your team ill be hunting in vermont not to big of deer but i might get us some points aint seen to much behind the house just spikes but another place im hunting possible 8 point and there was a 10 last year

oh and another thing we got a name yet or nething my season starts nov 12 will be going out eveyday

i think we saohuld say were we are from and stuff and what guns were using well im from vemront im using a 30-06 savage with nikon prostaff scope

like I said once before, Im hunting in tornado country, Indiana. about 15 miles from where the tornado hit sunday night. im using an H&R ultra slug hunter 20 gauge with a Traditions 4x scope and winchester sabots. good luck team.

Hey guys. I am checking in as another one of the alternates that has been assigned to your team. I will be doing most of my hunting in PA and then some in WV. I have been seeing a fair amount of buck at both places so we will see how it goes. Good luck to the rest of you guys this season.

do we have a team name??? How about "The Hunters" or "The Buck Boys"?? dunno... everyone always has "Team Whatever" might as well be different. how about "Redneck Renegades"?? lol.
