Drawing Teams
Draw the teams random, dont put all the people from the same state on the same team, deer will score alot different obviously in different areas.
EXAMPLE: A team from florida is in a huge disadvantage say from a team from Illinois or Iowa, MY 2 CENTS, i could care or less but try to make it fair as possible

i totally agree. Drawing teams by the states is very unfair. States like illinois iowa and kansas will have a huge advantage over the other states. You need to do it random to make it fair.
