Nothing to report right now. Moved a ladder stand and put out some corn in front of a trail cam last week. Season opens up on 9/3 here but probably won't make it out until 9/8 or so.

Here is a few pics of a buck I've been getting on the land I hunt. He has been coming around my cam about once a week. Only once have I gotten a pic during legal shooting hours so far. I had a chance at him last year during prime rut at 25 yards but I decide to let him go another year. Actually I missed him if the truth be told. Still don't have a clue as to how this happened still haunts me but it won't happen again! Hoping he will make P&Y but looks like he might be border line. Worry about that later if I get a chance to harvest him.

I would say that he is definitely P&Y material. Hope youget a chance at him this season.

I saw your post and there's nothing like getting that first one down to eleevate your confidence. I didn't take mytrip thi sweekend because of the hurrican coming through, but plan on, Lord willing , making it this weekend. I hope he will make another appearance for me. There's a good chance he may be P&Y, but I honestly think he'll be just under. I don't care thogh, because score is secondary to me.
