Hey WV..I may make a return trip to wv this fall.. I do have a resident license still for this year [8D] I have permission to hunt 600 acres right beside Sleepy Creek WMA with some giant deer. Depends on how the weather up there is this year.

Hello everyone. Well I'm back on 40 hour weeks. This is after 20 consecutive weeks of 50 to 70 hour weeks. YES.
I'm going to be purchasing a climbing deer stand in the next week or so and can't make up my mind on with one to get.
I've really only been looking at summit climbing stands mainly the goliath and the ones that fold down flat. For easier hiking.
Which stands do you all use and how do you like them?? I would like to hear your opinion!!

I have a Summit Broadhead. It's very light, easy to backpack in, has a comfortable seat, and just enough room to manuever around on a bit. I think I'm going to give it a camo paint job in the next couple of weeks. Overall, I like it. What I don't like is that the seat - while very comfortable - is not waterproof. The best part of it is that I got a great buy on it on eBay. You might want to take a look there if you are in the market.
