I should be back next month. I'm flyingout tomorrow to atlanta and spend some time with some folks in ne ga. ( 3 states vacinity) then driving down to west palm and then spend 5 days fishingat lake ockachobee ( I can fish it better tan I can spel it) and other spots too as well as toho. I am pumped for this big time.My brother andIhave a tournament amongest ourself and so far I have beaten him in his own back yard (fla) and made $ from him, 3x straight over the past few years. I mailed my rods off todayto be waiting for me down there with shamino spinningout fit with medium action rods and20# flurocarbon and trylene abrasive and strictly using lures. The stakes are high between us as the bragging rights and $ are on the line here.I have the lake maps and have been corresponding with guides around the lake as well as Roland Martin. My brother is a very competive fisherman also. I'll let ya know the results,IF I win, when I get back. Maybe I can find a computer somewhere along the way and I'll let ya'll know while I'm down there. Take care folks. Next month.
Bobby

Oh wow, that would be a bummer....cuz there are no alternates for the winning team!!

Thats ok we dont need any alternates we can win with 8 or 9. We didnt need them last year and sure wont need em this one either.

Yepper guys, count me in as I just got back day before yesterday. Got a 6-1/2 lb large mouth on artificial worm. What a rat race back east, dog eat dog, I'm glad I'm back in the bush. Good luck Elite 8. Geterdone, Bobby

Looks like everyone is here and accounted for. The Elite 8 will be defending their title this year. We will need another team effort, if everyone pitches in we should be able to win again.

ORIGINAL: Lefty26

I checked with Rob/PA and he said the Elite 8 team will be allowed to stay together if we can get everyone back from last year. Everyone who was on the team last year check inon this post and whoever is missing we will try to track down.

Also does anyone have the original list of all of our team members?
HUH? Part of the contest is the luck of the draw. A key to winning this is the luck of getting on a team with some good hunters with good hunting areas and time to hunt. It worked for you guys last year, why should there be an advantage before this contest even starts? Not whining as it's no big deal either way, but it takes something away from it IMO.
