BTW, My fly keeps sticking and sometimes wont go into the half cock. I put some oil in there to see if it would free up, If it doesnt, any ideas what i should do?
Well that sounds like a heck of a problem you have there...
Is the back side of the lock nice and clean, and it sounds like you've done what you need to do. Does it all look like it is turning smooth?
