I use a black synthetic beretta and every thing i hunt has never noticed it. Alot of those camo wrap can ruin a guns finish... id watch out, but personally i would never subject a perfectly good gun to such punishment. My dad has a similar beretta but with wood stock and shiny finish and he uses a camo cloth "sock" which goes on and comes off easy without any wear and tear on the gun. I personally think that this is the best bet.
