My ultimate pro shop would have 3-4 brands of bows and a wide selection of accessories and arrows so that if you want something they don't have to order it. It would also have a indoore and outdoore range. Besides that 2 soda machines and a couple of snack machine and really good customer service and you should have it. To me if you want to sell alchol open a place to sell it but not in a archery shop. JMHO
