This state does have some of the most rediculous laws and regulations. All the dnr cares about is raising our liscense's lowering the amount of places we can hunt,fish and trap.What can we do, its easy to sit and bitch but its hard to get anything accomplished.I have wrote the dnr many times about the price of the patrons liscense going up every other year and have yet to get a response.I say we keep our rates the same and start charging nonresidents a little more to hunt and the dnr can get there money that way.I'm not trying to start an argument with out of state hunters who hunt in wisconsin i;m just trying to help out my wallet.Thats all.
