Guys- Make sure youre guns are not copper fouled- clean them very well.
Varmint cartridges tend to get alot of copper from speed. I've noticed this in my guns.
Here's my dilemma- I shoot the VMax's and Blitzkings very well from my guns, however, the Nosler Bal Tips shoot lousy out of my .223! The Bal Tips seem to load differently when I seat them. I had to make a separatedummy round just to get the BTips to sit well when closing the bolt. Usually, one dummy covers it. I truly believe that the powder choice has everything to do with a particular bullet.
My .223 with H335 and Vmax's is the best load, W748 shoots the BlitzKings the best. Try several different powders until you find the "special recipe"!!
