Depends on how they're cooked. A friend of mine and I use to have a fish-fry every July. We would catch most of the fish ourselves during the year, (he'd buy walleye and lake-trout fillets in Canada when he'd go up). He use to smoke all the catfish and I just never liked it. Then one year he decided to fry them in butter and garlic and lemon, and I ate 5 fillets in one sitting! Some of the best tasting fish out there!
