I don't know..my guess is no.
Mine is a 200.00 portable depth finder that
- detects fisn on shoreline
- under the boat
- temperatire
- srtucture
- depth
and depth of fish...not a bad ole depth finder..I'll be using it tomorrow.
Here it is..a sleeve is clamped to the boat. The finder simply slips into the sleeve working on 3 # C batteries which last 40 hours. Only glitch..you simply need to pull out the finder 3 times an outoing and wipe off the transducer on your shirt.

That is all the trouble I've had in 2 years. It puts me on fish.
