Well I decided to go with the med rings and just remove the rear sight and if needed I'll take the scope off and re-install the sight and press on. I have the fiber optic sight and it doesn't fold down. The Scope has a 40mm front tube and gives me excellent clearance, I bought the high rings as well to try out but the scope required me to lift my face slightly up and off the stock. Not worth the pain and effort when I could do it right the first time. To everyone thanks again for your comments.
