RE: alone hunting
It's a whole lotta fun to go with someone else when you both know what you're doing, and if you're lucky enough to get a double kill it's awesome. I take a lot of people hunting down here in Alabama and it's frustrating when I take somebody they doesn't take it as seriously as I do, but I guess everybody has tostart somehow and I love introducing people to turkey hunting. I have more success going alone in the turkey woods b/c I stay in the woods longer and don't give up when the gobblers don't come to me right off. Most people I take get tired and bored afterjust a couple of hours and itmakes me feel like I've wasted a day by taking them, so I have to go alone every now and then. Go with somebody that knows what they're doing and learn little things here and there from them, then when you feel like you can do it yourself, give it a shot.
